个人简介:

张瑜,河北大学电子信息工程学院电子科学与技术系教师,校聘副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事新型光电材料与器件、二维半导体材料制备及其光伏与储能性能的研究。

  1. 光电材料制备与性能研究

    长期从事二维过渡金属硫属化物(MoS2MoSe2),金属氧化物(MoOxAl2O3SnO2),硅基材料(非晶硅、微晶硅)及其他(石墨烯、钙钛矿)半导体材料的光、电学性能与光伏性能研究;

  2. 硅基异质结太阳电池

    长期从事硅基异质结太阳电池结构设计、性能表征及优化等研究;

  3. 锂离子电池

    重点开展基于二维材料(MoS2、石墨烯)等负极材料的电化学性能及其锂电应用技术的研究。

    基金项目:

  4. 2023年,国家自然科学基金青年项目,TiO2/MoS2非金属等离激元在双面HIT太阳电池光吸收增强及载流子传输过程中的作用研究,主持。

  5. 2021年,河北省自然科学基金青年项目,MoS2薄膜磁控溅射法制备及硅基MoS2光伏器件的结构设计与性能优化研究,主持。

  6. 2021年,河北大学高层次引进人才启动项目,主持。
