个人简介

刘磊,男,1979年生,副教授,博士。2008年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获得材料物理与化学博士学位。20087月来河北大学电子信息工程学院任教,2013年获得河北省青年拔尖人才称号。目前主要从事全固态锂离子电池正、负极材料及固体电解质的研究与制备,与极端环境下锂电池安全性能评测与评价等领域的研究工作。现为电子微电子与固体电子学与集成电路工程硕士研究生指导教师。
