张耀元，男，工学博士，讲师（校聘副教授），硕士生导师，2017年9月至2018年9月美国南佛罗里达大学访问学者，2021年博士毕业于西安电子科技大学，获得信息与通信工程学科博士学位，同年进入河北大学电子信息工程学院通信与电子工程系从事教学科研工作。

一、研究方向

主要从事未来移动通信网络的新理论和新技术研究，包括：B5G/6G通信与网络，未来人工智能通信，超可靠低时延通信等。
